Support Scope

• Account access issues
• Login and signup problems
• Session tracking bugs
• Group invite and membership issues
• Privacy questions
• Account deletion requests

Response Targets

• Account access issues: 2 business days
• Bug reports: 5 business days
• Privacy or deletion requests: 30 days or faster if required by law

Account Deletion

• Users can delete their account in the app from the profile screen.
• Users who cannot access the app can request deletion through the web deletion page.

Information To Include In Requests

• Username
• Email address on the account
• Device platform and app version, if reporting a bug
• Clear reproduction steps, if reporting a bug

Abuse And Safety

• Authentication abuse protection may temporarily rate limit repeated failed login attempts.
• Group management actions are restricted by group roles and ownership rules.
